Great customer service, amazing products at fair prices and fast delivery! Impressed!

They are rubbish. Wanted to return boots which were too small. They had a paper label saying 41, the circle on the boot for the size was empty. They were probably a size 38. I emailed, first the boss was out, then unavailable, then I had to wait and then several emails saying I ordered a 41 and that's what I got ! So I'm stuck with boots I can't wear. Steer clear !

They don't cover the return of the items.

Absolute scam!! Bought from them twice and both times the sizes were wrong and the experience was crap!! Second time they refunded the wrong amount and won’t give me an answer about it!! It could be a scam to avoid taxes since they share products with other websites like secret sales at different price points i was able to realize this from their Lacoste lines where every product was identical with the sizes available, and I’ve bought from both secret sales and bbclothing the same item and both times it came the wrong size! I’m just saying someone needs to look into how this company is operating, something seems fishy!! Avoid!!

I have ordered here for the first time and was also worried about the bad reviews of being a scam (fake) however, the order I got was on time within the next delivery and real so I suggest if your looking to great discount designer clothes I recommend this site (bbclothing).

From my personal experience with this company, I can say they are one of the best. They shipped within their timeframe that they gave to me and when I wanted to exchange they were quick to respond and sort out whatever needed to be sorted out. I will definitely be using them again.

Bought 2 items for here over the last week. Communication from both BB and Hermes was excellent. Both items of clothing are perfect quality and arrived within 2 to 3 days of ordering, no problems. Having read the numerous negative reviews I was dubious about buying from here, but I'm glad I did.

Its a scam the good reviews are made up they will send you fake and total wrong size on purpose then you have to pay loads to send it back which they still don’t refund you

So after I read some of these comments I was worried about my order as it was over £80 and was literally going try cancel my order thinking it was fake or a scam. i ordered my item on the Monday and it was here by the Thursday after I read the reviews I was expecting a fake product to turn up or to not turn up at all then I had all my emails on time, order confirmation, a email saying it was on its way to herms with tracking numbers ect.. So then I started thinking maybe herms have been messing people parcels up but I got the herms app and my parcel was deliver the day after they received it.. Then I go to open parcel expecting some cheap fake item but I got exactly what I ordered it was not fake it was true to size and for those saying they had to pay to send item back ect they sent me a leaflet on how to return item if needed with a sticker attached to it for free return ?‍♀️Love my item and can't wait to give it as a Xmas present super impressed with quality and delivery x

One of the worst shopping app ???? I will not buy from them again.exchange is free but return is not free????Please stay away.... most of the stuff is rejected from the shop.

delivered 2 days after purchase. Items are not fake and were the best price I could find outside of eBay. Will buy from them again.

I have used Brown Bag twice now and havent had a single issue. Farah and Lyle & Scott items are 101% legitimate & the returns I made were dealt with swiftly. I was quite surprised that people have said items are fake as they are a subsidiary of JD Sports so they simply wouldnt have any need to sell fakes & my items certainly were not fake
